The Queen Bee
Chef-owner Hayley is our Queen Bee and the heart and soul of Saratoga Tea & Honey Co. Her passion for sharing and inspiring taste journeys infuses everything we do here at ST&HCo. - from which single-origin teas and varietal honeys make their way into our collection to how we cultivate not just customers but a communiTEA.

Mama & Papa Bee
More than Hayley's family, Eric and Karen are the reason ST&HCo. runs so smoothly and feels like such a welcoming space.

Outside the Hive: Eric's hidden talent is his amazing Einkorn sourdough bread, and Karen is one of the best interior designers we know!

Retail & Ecommerce Operations Bee
From in-store to online and back again, customer experience is Kathryn's raison d'etre. As such she can be found just about everywhere, from behind the bar to behind a computer screen.

Favorite Honey: Italian Chestnut on cheesboards or in every black tea
Outside the Hive: Kathryn is usually found reading with a cat or two on her lap, going to the ballet & learning about wine.
Retail Store Manager Bee
Maribeth is more than your typical Store Manager. She keeps us motivated, makes sure everything runs smoothly, and does it all in heels.

Outside the hive: Maribeth enjoys reading advanced copies of books, snuggling with her cats, and cooking with tea and honey!
Warehouse Manager Bee
Without Jeanne, there would be no Tea or Honey in Saratoga Tea & Honey Co.! Jeanne seemingly effortlessly manages the operations and staff at our warehouse to make sure we have product to sell and your packages reach you in a timely manner.

Outside the Hive: Jeanne can be found reading, hiking & dancing - with bonus points for doing any of these things at the beach.
Warehouse Manager Bee
Brenda completes our dynamic warehouse management duo, making sure all your favorites are available on-demand (tea gods willing, of course!) and on their way to you swiftly.

Outside the Hive: Brenda loves trying out new restaurants in the area, getting all the other readers at ST&HCo. hooked on 15 book multiverses that aren't even finished being written, and making up for it by bringing her dog Pickles to say hello at the shop on their walks.
Purchasing Manager Bee
Our master of all things merchandising, Jill is the bee to talk to if you're searching for new teaware or gifts. Always on the hunt for the unique and inspiring, Jill's the brains behind some of our most successful products!

Favorite Honey: Ghost Pepper Honey in quick pickling liquids, glazes, and vinaigrettes
Outside the Hive: You can catch Jill watching pretty much any sport on tv or reading while snuggling with her cats.
Bar Manager Bee
Wiha is the tea-making goddess who keeps our busy Tea Bar running smoothly even on the busiest of weekends and holidays. Have an idea for a cool new drink? Wiha's got it handled.

Outside the Hive: Wiha can bee found playing billiards & poker or reading sci fi.
Super Bee
None of us know what we would do without Maria. Always in action and never still, Maria keeps us on our toes and tackles any task - big or small.

Outside the Hive: Maria loves to garden and cook, hike, and take care of her fig tree the way her father always took care of his!
Shift Manager Bee
Kristia's knowledge of teas and bees has been honed over several years and supplemented beautifully by her study of health sciences. She's the perfect bee to answer your questions on everything from how to brew to the chemistry behind crystallization.
Favorite Tea: Matcha (especially iced with peppermint!)

Outside the Hive: Kristia loves baking, reading, rock climbing, conquering dungeons & slaying dragons.
