Honey is always one of our favorite cocktail ingredients. Unlike sugar, different honeys have distinct flavor profiles that add to the cocktail experience - making pairing honey and liquor a challenge to savor for seasoned bartenders and fun experiment for those of us who just like to whip up a mixed drink or two.

This Smoke the Hive cocktail combines smokey Mezcal with honey and curaçao for a deliciously refreshing cocktail that pairs well with brunch, lunch, or dinner.
